Port of Santa Fe.

Situated at KM 585, right margin of the River Paraná (Lat 31°40'S Long 60°42'W). The port consists of Basins 1 and 2, the Coastal wharf, elevator N°1 and the North Channel. Basins 1 and 2 lie alongside each other. The Basin 1 with a width of 120 meters, West side 640 meters and East side 555 meters. The Basin 2, has a width of about 175 meters. The West side 695 meters and East side 883 meters. Both are separated by a quay which is about 120 meters wide.

The Basin 2, on the West side houses Elevators 2 and 3, presently out of use.

The coastal wharf which is 400 meters long, is the continuation of the West Side of Basin 1, and is suitable for ocean going vessels. The elevator N° 1 is situation just south of this quay. The storage capacity is 55.000 MT. The air-draft at this berth is 18.7 meters.

The North Derivation Channel is approximately 2.000 meters long, running just East of Basin 2. It is generally used for vessels discharging petroleum.

Restrictions: LOA upto 200 meters (+1%). Breadth upto 30 meters. Exceptions have been granted. In port and access channel, 2 feet under the keel is compulsory.
